Four operating principles.

Safety isn't a feature

It's the company. If a decision trades safety for growth, we don't make it. Hiring, planning, shipping — all of it flows from this.

Show your work

We default to writing things down. Memos beat meetings. The best ideas survive being read on a phone at 11pm.

Pick a hard problem

Mediocre work on important problems beats brilliant work on trivial ones. We pick problems whose solution changes someone's day.

Disagree, then commit

Argue hard in the room, walk out aligned. We don't relitigate decisions outside the meeting that made them.
