GoBuddy is a ride booking service operated by GOBUDDY SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED. You send us a booking request, we assign a verified, gender-matched driver, and you pay for the ride you take. This page sets out exactly how that works.

Send a booking request
Tell us your pickup point, drop point and when you need the ride — using the form on this page, or by email.

We confirm your ride
Our team checks driver availability for your route, then confirms your booking together with the fare estimate for that trip.

Meet your verified driver
Every driver is ID-verified and gender-matched to the rider. You receive the driver and vehicle details before pickup.

Travel and pay
Pay at the end of the ride using the method agreed at confirmation. You receive a receipt for every completed trip.
